“Patagones” Institutional strengthening and support for micro-entrepreneurship in Carmen de Patagones, Argentina<\/strong><\/p>\n The mission took place within the framework of collaboration agreements between the non-governmental organization Ricerca e Cooperazione – Roma<\/strong> andAssociazione Giovanni Secco Suardo<\/strong> with reference to areas related to Cultural Heritage, envisaged by the project \u201cPatagones\u201d<\/strong>, co-financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Argentine counterpart represented by the Municipalidad de Carmen de Patagones.
