The archives are acquired on the basis of adequacy and relevance to the history of Italian restoration – but not only – and in relation to the existing archives in addition to the link with the field of conservation and restoration of cultural heritage.
The conditions of acquisition are defined between the parties and the archives can be received for donation outright and free of charge or for temporary storage mainly with a view to final donation.
The association is committed to preserve the materials, inventory them and make them usable, compatible with the programming of activities and available resources.
