The project is part of an agreement signed between theAssociazione Giovanni Secco Suardo and LEPL “National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia” e nasce dall’esigenza di mettere in sicurezza alcune icone di epoca cristiana appartenenti alla collezione del National Treasure preserved in the Museum of Fine Arts “Shalva Amiranashvili” (Tbilisi) in particular:

  • “The Anchi Triptych”
  • “The Khakhuli Triptych”
  • “The Virgin” Icon of Zarzma (The Virgin of Laklakidze)
  • “The Atskuri Triptych”
  • “The Savior” Icon of Katskhi
  • “The Virgin” Icon of Nuova Shuamta
  • “The Virgin” Icon of Bitchvinta
